Experienced Change Lead Wanted for Global Finance Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Change Lead who has a proven track record of delivering change across a global finance function.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Change Lead will lead the end-to-end change strategy and execution for a workstream in the Finance Transformation portfolio, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models. This role is accountable for driving behavioural change at scale, aligning senior stakeholders, and embedding sustainable ways of working across the organisation.

LSEG is currently delivering a multi-year Finance Transformation journey to transform the way we work in order to build value and deliver balanced growth for the business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Develops, manages and implements community specific change management activities, leveraging the Change Management Playbook which sets out the Finance Transformation change approach.
  • Works closely with the Head of Change to set the vision and core messaging for the community, ensuring and/or reinforcing buy-in.
  • Works closely with the Business stakeholders and SMEs to agree priorities, and ensure full business readiness ahead of each release.
  • Works closely with the Training Lead and Communications Manager to ensure alignment across communications, engagement and training.
  • Determines the impacted stakeholder population and the corresponding personas, working closely with the Technical Leads and SMEs.
  • Owns the execution of the change plan and corresponding deliverables (e.g. stakeholder mapping, change impact assessment, personas).
  • Liaise with the UAT lead to ensure provision of change support where required (e.g. communications and engagement).
  • Owns project status reporting and provides key progress updates to Beacon Leadership and PMO.
  • Identifies change-related issues, risks, dependencies and assumptions as they arise; prepares mitigation actions to address these in a timely manner and implement as appropriate.
  • Owns the business readiness assessment prior to Go Live, working closely with the Training Manager, Communications Manager and key Beacon stakeholders.
  • Owns the measurement of benefits adoption following Go Live, working closely with key workstream stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Demonstrated success as a Business Change Manager/Change Lead.
  • Detailed understanding of Change Management frameworks and best practice.
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end ERP project implementations.
  • Familiarity and experience in conducting change impact analyses and change readiness assessments.
  • Experience in establishing stakeholder maps and building stakeholder confidence through relationship management.
  • Ability to support the creation and maintenance of all programme-related training materials.
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation.
