Job Description
As a Change Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering Greene King’s enterprise change agenda. Working across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives, you’ll ensure business change is effectively planned, governed and embedded, balancing the pace of transformation with the organisation’s capacity to successfully adopt and sustain change. You’ll partner with senior leaders, the Enterprise PMO and delivery teams to drive readiness, adoption and long-term business benefits.
Qualifications
As a Change Lead, you will…
- Partner with the Enterprise PMO, Strategy and leadership teams to assess change impacts, manage change capacity and support effective portfolio prioritisation.
- Embed Greene King’s Enterprise Change Framework, ensuring change management principles are consistently applied across projects and programmes.
- Provide oversight, assurance and challenge across change activity, ensuring the right plans, governance and interventions are in place to support successful delivery.
- Influence senior stakeholders to ensure people, operational readiness, behavioural change and adoption remain central to decision-making.
- Lead and develop a team of Change Managers, building capability and ensuring resources are aligned to business priorities.

What you'll bring…
- Significant experience leading organisational change across complex, multi-project and programme environments.
- Proven success embedding change frameworks and driving adoption within large, matrixed organisations.
- Strong experience assessing organisational change capacity and managing cumulative change impacts across portfolios.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and guide senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change teams, deliver effective communications and realise sustainable business benefits.
