HR Change Lead

We are seeking a high-caliber HR Change Lead to drive the strategic execution and delivery of change initiatives across a multi-year, enterprise-wide HR transformation. This role requires an experienced change practitioner with a proven track record of driving adoption in complex organizations, a deep mastery of HR Operating Models, and expertise in embedding agile ways of working.

Operating at the intersection of people, process, and digital technology, you will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless workforce adoption across HRIS implementations, culture evolution, and digital HR capabilities. You will bring a consultative, human-centered approach to help build a modern, future-ready HR function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transformation & Change Execution: Lead end-to-end change management activities for major HR transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment across change strategy, stakeholder readiness, and communications.
  • Culture & Capability Embedding: Implement organizational change interventions that foster culture shift, enable leadership alignment, and promote agile ways of working across business units.
  • Process & Operating Model Transition: Collaborate with HR leadership to operationalize new target operating models (TOM), process improvements, strategic workforce planning initiatives, and digital-first platforms.
  • Content & Engagement Strategy: Design comprehensive change, training, and communication assets (playbooks, tool kits, impact assessments) and facilitate high-impact engagement sessions in partnership with Programme Leads and Internal Comms.
  • Structured Methodology Application: Apply structured change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, MSP) and agile methodologies to measure, track, and optimize change adoption metrics.
  • Leadership Facilitation & Coaching: Provide hands-on coaching and practical facilitation to business leaders and front line managers as they transition through new ways of working.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with IT, HR, and Business leadership to align change strategies seamlessly with technical delivery milestones and project road maps.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
