Are you an experienced Change professional who enjoys helping organisations navigate complex transformation and bring people on the journey?

This values-led organisation is looking for a Change Lead to play a key role in delivering organisation-wide change as part of an ambitious Target Operating Model transformation.

It's an exciting time to join. Significant change is underway across the organisation, with new ways of working, evolving systems and processes, and a continued focus on creating a more future-focused organisation. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring change is planned, communicated and embedded in a way that positively impacts colleagues and culture.

This isn't simply about producing change plans and communications. They're looking for someone who can work across multiple workstreams, influence senior stakeholders and help leaders understand and respond to the people impact of transformation.

As Change Lead, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the people and cultural change activity across a complex organisational transformation programme.
  • Working closely with product owners, programme leads and senior stakeholders to ensure change is effectively planned and embedded.
  • Identifying and managing the impacts of change across teams, supporting leaders to navigate resistance and drive engagement.
  • Building strong relationships across the organisation to create alignment and maintain momentum throughout the transformation journey.
  • Developing proactive change approaches that support colleagues through periods of significant organisational change and continuous improvement.

They're looking for someone who has:

  • Significant experience delivering organisation-wide change and cultural transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders when required.
  • Experience bringing people on the journey through complex change, balancing strategic thinking with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
  • An understanding of organisational design, behavioural change and change adoption principles.
  • Experience working alongside programme and transformation teams within complex organisations.

A project or programme management background would be advantageous, although this is very much a people-focused Change role rather than a Project Manager position.

The salary on offer is up to £63,000. You'll be expected to spend time on site as required in a hybrid manner.
