Change Lead - Global Retail Technology Programme (Contract)
Duration: Initial 6 Months
Location: Reading or Dublin (Hybrid basis)
Job Type: Inside IR35 Day Rate
We're looking for an experienced Change Lead to lead business change activities for a major global Point of Sale (POS) transformation programme.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has successfully delivered change on a large-scale POS implementation, upgrade, or similar retail technology transformation, driving adoption across multiple markets and business functions.
What you'll be doing
- Leading end-to-end change delivery across a global retail technology programme
- Developing and executing change, communications and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Conducting change impact and business readiness assessments
- Driving user adoption and organisational readiness through deployment and go-live
- Managing change risks, resistance and adoption challenges
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across Retail Operations, Technology, Finance, Learning & Development and Customer Services
- Working closely with external implementation partners throughout the programme lifecycle

What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Change Manager or Change Lead on a large retail technology transformation
- Strong background delivering change for POS implementations/upgrades or similar store technology programmes
- Demonstrable end-to-end change management delivery experience
- Retail industry experience is essential
- Experience managing change across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups
- Strong communications, engagement and business readiness expertise
- Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation partners
- Multi-market or global programme experience highly desirable
- Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG or similar) preferred
