🚀 Regional Deployment / Change Lead | £350/day
📍 Location: Remote (London)
💷 Rate: £350/day
⏳ Experience: 14–18 years
🌍 Contract: Regional / Multi-market Transformation
We are looking for an experienced Regional Deployment / Change Lead to drive successful deployment, change, adoption, and business readiness initiatives across multiple markets.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end regional deployment plans, milestones, deliverables, and governance.
- Develop and maintain regional change management plans aligned with the global framework.
- Engage stakeholders across business, operations, and support functions.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop communication and readiness plans.
- Coordinate training, enablement, workshops, and localization of global materials.
- Support and coach regional Change Champions to drive adoption.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Track deployment KPIs, business readiness, project status, and success metrics.
- Prepare executive dashboards and governance reports.
- Support post-deployment stabilization and continuous improvement.

🎯 Required Skills
- ✔️ 14–18 years’ experience in Project/Deployment Management, Business Transformation, Operations, Implementation, or Change Leadership
- ✔️ Regional or multi-site deployment experience
- ✔️ Strong stakeholder, change, risk & issue management skills
- ✔️ Change impact assessment, communications, training & business readiness experience
- ✔️ Strong written and verbal English
- ✔️ Finance background / Finance Transformation experience
- ✔️ Experience working across multiple geographies
