Change Management Analyst - Contract
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Contract: Immediate start - March 2027
Engagement: Contract
Hours: Full-time
We’re supporting a global organisation with the appointment of a Change Management Analyst to support a large-scale business transformation programme.
This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery of day-to-day change activities across multiple workstreams. You’ll work closely with the wider change team and business stakeholders to help ensure impacted teams are engaged, informed and prepared for upcoming changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of change management activities across a transformation programme.
- Create and maintain stakeholder communications, presentations and engagement materials.
- Support stakeholder mapping and impact assessments.
- Assist with change readiness assessments and tracking of adoption activities.
- Coordinate training activities, materials and logistics.
- Maintain action logs, risks, issues and key change management metrics.
- Prepare regular status updates, reports and meeting materials for programme stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, workshops and meetings.
- Work across multiple project workstreams to coordinate and track change-related activities.
- Provide general delivery support to the Change Management Lead and wider programme team.

Experience Required
- 3–5 years' experience in change management, organisational change, business change or a similar role.
- Experience supporting business transformation or implementation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience creating professional communications, presentations and programme documentation.
- Exposure to change impact assessments, readiness assessments or adoption activities.
- Experience coordinating training or user enablement activities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with both business and project/programme stakeholders.

Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences or another highly regulated environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
