Role Overview

As a Change Management and Adoption Consultant, you will help clients fully leverage modern workplace solutions by guiding them through every stage of transformation, from design to adoption. At Reply, you’ll work with leading platforms like Dynamics 365, Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring clients not only benefit from the cloud but truly exploit its potential. You’ll be part of a passionate, imaginative team, working in a hybrid model from London or Manchester.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to ensure the successful adoption of Modern Workplace technologies
  • Conduct thorough analysis, design, and development of tailored change management, communication, and training.
  • Take a hands-on approach in delivering impactful communications and training sessions to drive user engagement and effective technology adoption.
  • Manage key stakeholders throughout the change process, ensuring alignment, addressing concerns, and facilitating smooth transitions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them maximize the value and benefits of their new workplace technologies.

About the Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Experience supporting individuals or organizations in maximizing the use of their technology.
  • Proven ability to write clear communications, develop engaging presentations, and create compelling Change and Adoption campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong people-oriented approach.
  • Experience working on technology-led change and adoption projects; familiarity with Microsoft 365 is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR is a strong advantage.
