ABOUT THE ROLE

The Change Management Lead will be responsible for driving and executing enterprise change management initiatives for clients undergoing digital and organizational transformation. This individual will partner closely with senior stakeholders to develop change strategies, improve organizational readiness, and accelerate adoption of new technologies, platforms, and processes. The role will also play a key part in stakeholder engagement, training strategy, digital adoption, and continuous improvement efforts across large-scale transformation programs.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies supporting digital transformation and platform adoption initiatives
  • Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations to identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders while ensuring alignment throughout transformation initiatives
  • Design and execute communication plans that provide clear and consistent messaging to employees and leadership teams
  • Create and manage training and adoption programs leveraging digital adoption tools and AI-driven learning platforms
  • Monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, employee engagement, and overall effectiveness of change initiatives using data-driven insights
  • Provide ongoing reporting and feedback to stakeholders regarding progress, adoption, and organizational impact
  • Lead and mentor Change Managers and Change Analysts while supporting cross-functional collaboration across HR, IT, Operations, and business teams
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities including proposals, solution positioning, and client discussions related to change management services
  • Continuously improve change management processes, methodologies, and best practices across engagements

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business transformation within a consulting or enterprise environment
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives involving technology, process, or organizational change
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks
  • Experience with digital adoption and learning platforms including WalkMe, Whatfix, Pendo, Trailhead, Agentforce, SAP EnableNOW, or related tools
  • Experience supporting platform implementations such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with data-driven reporting, KPI tracking, and organizational adoption metrics
  • Experience supporting business development and pre-sales activities within a consulting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification required
