Change Management Lead
Salary from £ 53,949 to £62,160 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £ 69,073 pa inclusive of London allowance.

As Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for planning and co-ordination of people-focussed aspects of LSE change initiatives in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders across the LSE community. The Change Management Lead ensures organisational changes are understood; adopted; successfully transitioned to business as usual; and sustained, enabling benefits realisation.

The Successful Candidate Will
- Understand the importance of supporting people through change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Have experience of working with cross-functional teams across organisational boundaries and motivating them towards a common goal aligned with the organisation’s core values and strategic aims.
- Be a highly skilled communicator with a history of successful stakeholder engagement to build trusted partnerships.
- Have the ability to create, work to and adapt change plans to meet the needs of the organisational and those impacted by the change.
LSE is a campus-based university and staff are expected to attend the London campus in fulfilling their role. For this role, the postholder will be required to attend campus as required, typically a minimum of 2 days per week.
