Ready to help shape the safe delivery of one of the UK's most significant energy projects? Join a team where your expertise will influence critical commissioning decisions and support the transition to a lower-carbon future. At EDF, Success is Personal.

The Opportunity

As a Change Management Lead within the Commissioning/Pre-Operations organisation, you'll play a key role in managing configuration control across the Hinkley Point C commissioning programme. You'll help ensure design changes are implemented safely and effectively as commissioning activities continue to grow across the project.

You’ll join us on a salary starting from £67,000 per annum, with the potential for an annual bonus. This role is based full-time on site at #Bridgwater, supporting a major nuclear commissioning programme at Hinkley Point C.

You'll work with senior leaders, technical specialists, and regulators while helping shape configuration management and change management processes. You'll also have opportunities to broaden your leadership experience as EDF continues its journey towards An Electric Britain.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
