We are currently supporting a leading international law firm with the appointment of an experienced Vision & Change Management Project Manager to support a major upcoming merger programme.
This is a non-technical transformation role, focused on helping the organisation define its vision for the future, understand the impact of the merger and prepare senior stakeholders for key decisions around the integration.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior business stakeholders, programme leadership and functional teams to bring together complex information and turn it into a clear, structured vision and change plan.
The Role
You will play a key role in preparing the business for the next stage of the merger, helping to establish where the organisation is today, where it needs to get to and what needs to change to achieve that future state.
A key element of the role will be developing a high-quality executive meeting and decision pack for senior leadership, bringing together the key information, recommendations, risks and decisions required to progress the merger.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate business change and transformation activity associated with the merger.
- Work with senior stakeholders to define and articulate the future vision and desired operating model.
- Assess the impact of the merger across different business functions and areas of the organisation.
- Bring together information from multiple stakeholders and workstreams into a clear and structured narrative.
- Develop executive-level presentations, reports and meeting packs for senior leadership.
- Identify key decisions, risks, dependencies and areas requiring further consideration.
- Support the development of high-level change roadmaps and transition plans.
- Coordinate stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment around the future vision.
- Challenge and clarify information where required, ensuring recommendations are evidence-based and clearly presented.
- Support effective communication and engagement around the proposed changes.
- Provide structure and governance across the change workstream.
- Ensure key actions, decisions and outcomes are tracked through to completion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
