Change Specialist - Enterprise Technology Transformation

Location

London - Hybrid, 1 day per week in office

Pay Rate

£500 per day - £550 per day, depending on experience

Contract Type

Outside IR35

Duration

Contract until December 2026 (with potential extension)

We are supporting a well-known UK organisation undergoing a major Enterprise Transformation Programme and are looking for an experienced Change Specialist to join an established programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a contractor who enjoys parachuting into live transformation programmes, quickly understanding the business landscape and helping organisations successfully adopt new technology, systems and ways of working.

You will work closely with programme leadership, project teams and senior business stakeholders to ensure new technology and business processes are embedded successfully, benefits are realised and colleagues are supported throughout the transformation journey.

The Change Management framework, governance and strategy are already established. This role is focused on delivery - driving stakeholder engagement, business readiness and adoption across the programme while acting as the bridge between programme delivery and BAU.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
