About the Opportunity

We are working a number of contract change requirements with clients across the UK, with further programmes due to mobilise through Q4 and into 2027. The roles cover ERP and finance transformations, HR and payroll system moves, CRM and commercial technology programmes, operating-model change, regulatory change and AI adoption. Typically for three to twelve months at a time, with extensions where the programme runs on.

We have requirements at every level, from Change Analyst through to Change Manager, Senior Change Manager, Change Lead and Head of Change or Transformation Lead, mostly hybrid across London and the wider UK, with some remote assignments where the client allows.

The Roles

  • Change Analyst / Business Change Analyst
  • Change Manager / Business Change Manager
  • Senior Change Manager
  • Change Lead / Technology Change Lead / ERP Change Lead (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday, Dynamics 365, Salesforce)
  • Head of Change / Transformation Lead

What You Would Be Doing

  • Owning the change workstream on a named transformation programme, from impact assessment through to go-live and adoption
  • Building the core change artefacts: change impact assessments, stakeholder maps and personas, communications and engagement plans, training and readiness plans
  • Standing up and running change champion networks across impacted business areas
  • Running business readiness checkpoints ahead of SIT, UAT, training and go-live
  • Measuring adoption and reporting to programme governance, then intervening where uptake is behind plan
  • Coaching sponsors, leaders and line managers through the change (Senior level and above)
  • Leading and developing Change Managers and Analysts across a programme (Lead and Head of Change level)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least two years of hands-on change management delivery, with the change workstream as your job rather than a side of desk duty
  • Personal ownership of the core artefacts on at least one real programme: impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, comms plan, training and readiness plan
  • Experience on at least one enterprise or mid-market transformation with a defined sponsor, budget and impacted user population (ERP, HRIS, CRM, operating model, regulatory, digital or AI adoption)
  • Confident with structured methods in practice, whether Prosci or ADKAR, APMG Change Management, Kotter or a client house method. Certification is welcome but delivery is what we grade
  • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
  • Able to operate through your own limited company or an umbrella, inside or outside IR35 depending on the assignment
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and written communication skills

Useful, not essential: UK security clearance (SC or above), regulated-sector depth (financial services, public sector, utilities, pharma), and hands-on time on one of the major platforms above.

Indicative Day Rates

UK contract rates vary by sector, platform, IR35 status and location. Treat these as indicative rather than fixed. London, financial services and ERP platform specialists sit at the top of each band or above it.

  • Change Analyst: £350 to £450 per day
  • Change Manager: £450 to £600 per day
  • Senior Change Manager / Change Lead: £550 to £750 per day
  • Head of Change / Transformation Lead: £700 to £900 per day

What Is on Offer

Terms vary by client, but the assignments typically offer:

  • Hybrid working, usually one to three days a week on site in London or a regional hub, with some remote assignments
  • Initial contracts of three to twelve months with extension where the programme continues
  • Ownership of a real change workstream with a sponsor who has budget, not a comms or training only brief
  • Exposure to major platform programmes (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday, Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and to regulated sectors
  • Clear IR35 status and rate stated up front on every assignment we put to you
