Change Manager with Learning & Development Experience
Location: London
Working Hours: 2 Days Onsite per Week
Compensation: £540 per day inside IR35
Contract Duration: Initial 3-Month Contract
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a major transformation programme focused on driving adoption of new technology, embedding new ways of working, and building capability across sales and service teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a change professional who combines strong organisational change expertise with learning and capability development experience. You'll play a key role in ensuring successful adoption, stakeholder engagement, and realisation of business benefits across the programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management activities across a complex transformation programme
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Develop and deliver change and communication plans
- Design and support learning, training, and capability-building initiatives
- Drive user adoption and embed new processes and behaviours
- Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions with business stakeholders
- Support governance, reporting, and programme delivery activities
- Establish adoption metrics and track benefits realisation
- Produce insights and recommendations based on adoption and performance data
- Engage and influence senior leaders and executive stakeholders

Essential Experience
- Experience supporting large-scale technology or Salesforce transformations
- Strong Learning & Development experience, including designing and delivering training materials
- Strong understanding of change methodologies such as ADKAR
- Experience managing technology-enabled change initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Learning, training, or capability development experience
- Strong facilitation and workshop delivery skills
- Experience measuring change adoption and business readiness
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
