Our client is looking for an IT Ops Change Manager to prepare its people and IT function for the integration of a larger business. You will lead change across M365, AI adoption and information security, working with senior leaders, technical teams and employees across both organisations. This role is focused on building the skills, processes and behaviours needed for a successful integration.

Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the change strategy across the integration programme.
- Assess organisational readiness, change impacts and capability gaps across both businesses.
- Lead the adoption of M365, including communications, training, champions and usage measurement.
- Develop an AI enablement plan covering practical use cases, responsible adoption, governance and workforce skills.
- Improve IT Operations by embedding clearer processes, responsibilities, service standards and ways of working.
- Shape the people and process elements of the information security capability, including policies, training and security awareness.
- Build targeted change and learning plans for different teams and levels of technical confidence.
- Engage senior stakeholders, technical teams and employees to resolve resistance and maintain momentum.
- Establish adoption, readiness and capability measures to track progress ahead of integration.
- Coordinate change activity with the Head of Change, IT Operations Programme Director and relevant technical specialists.
