Establishing change management in social housing.

Successful change is about more than new systems and processes. It's about engaging people, building confidence and creating lasting adoption.

I am working with a housing association who are looking for a Change Manager to help shape, lead and embed change across a wide range of transformation programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an influential role ensuring colleagues and customers remain at the centre of every change initiative.

Working across a diverse technology portfolio of projects, you'll bring together people, processes and communications to help deliver sustainable improvements that make a genuine difference to the services we provide.

You'll take the lead in designing and delivering change strategies that support major organisational initiatives. From the early stages of project planning through to implementation and adoption, you'll ensure change activities are coordinated, effective and focused on achieving positive outcomes.

You'll work in partnership with Project Managers, Business Analysts and operational teams to understand impacts, identify challenges and develop practical solutions that help colleagues adapt to change successfully. Through impact analysis, readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement activities, you'll provide valuable insight that shapes programme delivery and improves adoption.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
