Job Description:
We believe in bold ideas, diverse perspectives, and the drive to transform knowledge into impact. Here, your curiosity fuels progress, your voice shapes innovation, and your ambition helps redefine what’s possible within science and learning. We are a culture that obsesses over impact, challenges, and drives what’s next to power infinite possibilities for our customers, colleagues, and society at large.
About the Role:
We're hiring a Change Manager to join Wiley's Delivery and Change Excellence function, reporting to the Director of Change Management. This is a hands-on role. You won’t be leading a team. You will be working directly on the programs that matter most to Wiley, partnering with senior sponsors, project leads, and colleagues across the business to support successful adoption of change.
We are looking for someone with around seven years of change management experience, who can apply good judgement and operate confidently at pace in a large global organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead change management on large transformation programs, working directly with project and/or program teams to identify and address the people impacts of change.
- Build a clear picture of who is affected by a change, how, and what they will need to be ready for go-live.
- Partner with senior sponsors to help them focus on the sponsorship activities that make the biggest difference.
- Develop practical change plans that can adapt to evolving needs and changing circumstances. Adapt your approach as business priorities, stakeholder needs, and program requirements evolve.
- Assess whether new ways of working are being adopted in practice, rather than relying solely on training completion metrics. Use qualitative and quantitative measures to demonstrate adoption, progress, impact, and value.
- Communicate clearly and succinctly at all levels. Communicate in a clear, straightforward way and make complex change understandable for different audiences. Work with leaders, managers, and end users to deliver clear, timely, and effective communication.
- Use AI tools appropriately to support change management activities and the people we support through change. AI is already part of how we work, and we expect the successful candidate to use it in ways that align with team practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
