About the Role
We are representing a well-renowned company in the midst of transformation who are looking for an Oracle Change Manager to join their high-performing team and support a large, international programme. Working within a small change team, this position will be supporting one of the business' largest running projects - an Oracle EBS to Fusion migration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage & run 2 change forums
- Ensure proposed training is fit-for-purpose in the business' environment
- Proactively anticipate problem areas and develop action plans as needed
- Assess business readiness for the Oracle change
Required Experience
- Proven experience in a Change Management position
- Extensive experience working with finance systems - ideally Oracle Fusion but SAP, Sage & D365 F&O can also be considered
- Strong stakeholder & third party management
- A 'strategic executor' - a proactive and adaptable individual that can roll up their sleeves

Bonus Experience
- Experience with Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
