Change Manager required by a leading professional services organisation

Bristol | £60,000 – £70,000 + bonus | Hybrid working

Artis Recruitment is working exclusively with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an experienced Change Manager into its growing Transformation & Projects function.

This is a great opportunity for an established Change professional who enjoys working at the intersection of people, technology and business transformation.

The organisation has a significant programme of change underway, with projects ranging from the introduction of new technologies and AI through to improvements in processes, services and ways of working.

About the opportunity

You will take ownership of the people and adoption side of a number of important transformation initiatives, helping ensure that projects don’t simply get delivered, but that the changes are understood, adopted and embedded across the organisation.

You’ll work alongside Project Managers, senior business stakeholders and subject matter experts, acting as the Change Management specialist throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing practical change approaches for a range of business and technology projects.
  • Understanding how proposed changes will affect different teams, roles and stakeholders.
  • Creating stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption plans.
  • Working with project sponsors and senior leaders to ensure they are equipped to lead change effectively.
  • Running workshops, briefings and engagement sessions with impacted teams.
  • Identifying potential resistance and putting appropriate strategies in place.
  • Supporting the successful adoption of new technology, processes and ways of working.
  • Working closely with Technology, Innovation, Learning and Communications teams.
  • Tracking engagement, adoption and other indicators to understand whether change is landing successfully.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to Project Managers, sponsors and change champions.
  • Helping to develop and improve the organisation’s overall Change Management capability, including tools, templates and best-practice guidance.
  • Contributing to lessons learned and continuous improvement across the transformation portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll receive:

  • Permanent position
  • Exposure to high-profile transformation and technology programmes
