Hiring: Change Manager | ITIL / ITIL v4 | Active SC Clearance
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our team on a UK-based remote working role.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in IT Change Management within an ITIL-based environment.
- Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management processes, principles, and best practices.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification is highly desirable.
- Active SC Clearance is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end Change Management process.
- Strong experience in Change assessment, impact analysis, risk assessment, prioritization, and approvals.
- Ability to identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues associated with changes.
- Experience driving continual service/process improvement and improving Change Management KPIs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
- Ability to work effectively with Service Managers, Operational Leads, Project/Programme Managers, Customers, and Suppliers.
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Experience working as a Change Management SME is highly desirable.
