Who We Are

Six Degrees, A Claranet Group Company is a leading secure, integrated cloud services provider, where everyone is welcome. We believe success lies in harnessing a truly diverse and inclusive culture.

Our business protects UK organisations with the goal of enabling them to operate effectively and securely in the cloud, by giving them secure platforms to innovate and grow. We support our customers on their digital transformation journey regardless of their maturity.

About The Role

Claranet’s strategy is to build long‑term, trusted relationships with clients by delivering market‑leading, integrated managed services.

The Change Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of changes across client environments.

  • You'll ensure all activities are executed in line with financial services sector regulations, compliance standards, and operational excellence.
  • This role is pivotal in maintaining robust change governance, minimising risk, supporting business continuity, and acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • A focus of the role will be ensuring all change management activities comply with financial services regulations and frameworks (e.g., FCA, PRA, DORA, ISO 27001, SOC).

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in change management within IT, cloud, or managed services environments, ideally in the financial services sector.
  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of ITIL change management processes and best practices.
  • If you have experience coordinating Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and facilitating change approvals and knowledge of risk assessment, impact analysis, and regulatory compliance requirements we'd love to have a conversation with you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
