πŸš€ We're Hiring: Change Manager / PMO

πŸ“ East Kilbride (Onsite with flex) | πŸ•’ Full-time / 35 hours per week | πŸ’° Highly competitive

At Alba, we're building something special: a modern bank with a human touch.

Our mission is simple: to enable people, businesses and communities to flourish. As we continue our growth journey, we're looking for ambitious, driven and collaborative individuals who want to help shape the future of banking.

We're now seeking an experienced Change Manager / PMO to play a key role in delivering our strategic change agenda. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes, and is passionate about delivering meaningful business outcomes.

Working across the Bank, you'll be instrumental in ensuring strategic, operational, regulatory and technology-led initiatives are delivered successfully, helping Alba scale and evolve while maintaining a strong focus on customer and colleague experience.

This is more than a project delivery role. It's an opportunity to influence how change is embedded across a growing challenger bank and help shape the way we work as we build for the future.

What you'll do:

  • Support the delivery of Alba's strategic change agenda across people, process, technology and regulatory initiatives
  • Own and continuously enhance the Bank's Change Management Framework, governance, controls and reporting
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify requirements, challenge thinking and develop practical solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and change activities to support successful delivery
  • Act as the key link between business and technology teams throughout the change lifecycle
  • Coordinate projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring outcomes are delivered effectively
  • Maintain project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, governance packs and executive reporting
  • Lead change impact assessments, business readiness activities, communications and adoption plans
  • Identify, manage and report on risks, issues, dependencies and delivery milestones
  • Support regulatory, operational resilience and business-critical change programmes
  • Manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners where required
  • Contribute to governance forums, including Change Advisory Boards and steering committees
  • Champion continuous improvement and help embed a positive change culture across the organisation
  • Be a role model for our Alba Values and Alba ways of working

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
