Change Manager
Location: South Yorkshire
Rate: £500 to £600 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: 9-Month Contract with Extension Potential to 18 Months
Schedule: 3 or 4 Days On-Site | On-Site Parking

A South Yorkshire based organisation is investing in a major ERP transformation, and we're looking for an experienced Change Manager to help make it a success. You'll lead the change agenda, building engagement, shaping communications, and ensuring employees are ready and excited for what's ahead. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy delivering meaningful change, this is your chance to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the change management strategy for the ERP programme.
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact assessments.
- Design and deliver communication plans across multiple business functions.
- Lead business readiness activities.
- Work closely with the Process Architect and programme team to align change and process design.
- Identify and mitigate change-related risks.
- Establish and manage a network of change champions.
- Support training strategy development in partnership with functional leads.
- Measure adoption and readiness metrics pre- and post-go-live.

We are looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience leading change within ERP or enterprise transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar).
- Experience working in SME environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels.
- Experience managing resistance and embedding behavioural change.
Desirable:
- Formal Change Management certification.
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or operational SMEs.
- Exposure to high-growth or scaling organisations.
