Key Responsibilities
- Lead change and adoption activities for the UK markets in wave 2 Optimus (and be a part of the OCM team for further waves), using the existing OCM Optimus “blue-print” and adapting it to fit the local requirements. From revising Change Impact Assessments through to ensuring continuous post-implementation adoption
- Manage our “Change Academy” (change network) activities for the Local Process Owner communities
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with the Optimus team UK team (Local Process Owners) and the end-users to support their change journey
- Manage our ADKAR metrics and contribute to how we mitigate areas of resistance
- Monitor OCM change and adoption measurement and metrics suite and work with the OCM Team on tactics to improve where required
- Bring creativity and flexibility, with a very open mindset on how we can support people
- Key member of OCM team contributing on how we implement OCM beyond Optimus and in day-to-day activities

Reporting to OCM Change and Adoption Manager
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Passion for wanting to enable people to go through major change
- Understanding and passion for organisational change management (communications, learning and adoption)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ideally experienced in projects / initiatives that have overlapping schedules
- Bring creativity and flexibility in delivering OCM, to tailor adoption activities to deliver “wow” for the local markets
- Comfortable working in an environment of significant change and ambiguity
- Experience within FMCG is desirable but not essential
- Comfortable with a high degree of accountability with high visibility of personal contribution
- A continuous learner, willing to explore, learn and grow both yourself and the service we offer in OCM
- Happy to work on the detail and delivery as well as the design and creation
- Strong commercial and business awareness
- Results and outcome driven – KPI focussed
- Willing to operate in a complex, global environment
