Freshwater Recruitment is working with a global organisation that is investing heavily in transformation and looking for a Business Change Manager to join its growing Global Transformation Team.
This is a great opportunity for a Change Management professional who enjoys variety. You’ll work across a mix of technology, AI and digital transformation projects, helping teams understand, adopt and embed new ways of working across a global organisation.
You’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders, project teams and business leaders, taking ownership of the people side of change from initial impact assessment through to implementation and adoption.

What we’re looking for:
- Someone with around 3–5 years’ Business Change experience, ideally gained within technology or digital transformation environments.
- Confidence in managing stakeholders, developing change and communication plans, and understanding how changes will impact people and processes.
- Experience of working in a global or complex organisation would be highly beneficial, as would exposure to AI, ERP or CTRM implementations.
- A Change Management qualification would also be advantageous.

The role is based in Central London and offers hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office.
