Job Title: Change Manager

Location: Covent Garden, London or Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract until the end of 2027

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager with strong communications capability to support BSI’s Assurance Integrated Programme (AIP), a significant people-led organisational change programme.

As part of BSI’s Group Change Delivery approach, AIP brings together linked operating model and organisational changes across Key Account Management, Quality & Compliance and APAC.

This is a practical delivery role where you will work closely with the AIP Change Lead, programme and workstream teams, senior leaders and communications colleagues to ensure change is understood, coordinated and effectively adopted across the organisation.

You will help create a joined-up view of change across the programme, ensuring impacts, stakeholders, communications, readiness, risks and dependencies are clearly understood and managed. A key part of the role will be helping leaders and colleagues understand what is changing, why it is changing and what it means for them as the organisation transitions to new ways of working.

The role is based from either our Covent Garden or Milton Keynes offices on a hybrid basis, with flexibility required to work with stakeholders across UK, EMEA, AMAS and APAC time zones when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an integrated change plan for the Assurance Integrated Programme, bringing together change impacts, timelines, audiences, communications, readiness activity, risks and dependencies.
  • Provide hands-on change management and communications support to the AIP Change Lead, programme team and individual workstreams.
  • Build and maintain a joined-up view of organisational change across the programme, identifying overlaps, dependencies and potential areas of change impact.
  • Translate complex programme and operating model changes into clear, practical communications for different stakeholder groups.
  • Develop communications and engagement activity that helps colleagues understand the purpose, impact and timing of change.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and business stakeholders to build understanding, engagement and ownership of change.
  • Partner with workstream leads to identify impacted audiences and ensure change implications are understood and addressed.
  • Support business readiness activity, helping identify where additional engagement or intervention is required ahead of implementation.
  • Coordinate change activity across multiple programme workstreams, ensuring messaging and engagement remain aligned.
  • Identify change risks, issues and dependencies and ensure these are understood and managed appropriately.
  • Work collaboratively with communications colleagues to ensure programme communications are clear, timely and consistent.
  • Support leaders and teams as they transition to new operating models, structures and ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
