IT Change Manager
6-Month Contract (INSIDE)
HYBRID Working - East Yorkshire HQ
DAY RATE - £450.00 - £500.00
We're looking for an experienced IT Change Manager to support a major IT operating model transformation.
In this role, you will:
- Review and enhance Change Management processes as the business transitions to a new support model, identifying opportunities for stronger governance, risk control and visibility across the IT landscape.
- Design and implement the future-state Change Management framework, defining roles, responsibilities and controls required to operate effectively within the new target operating model.
- Lead the integration of CHARM and ServiceNow, ensuring streamlined change processes and improved governance across technology teams.
- Develop and embed a robust Service Onboarding & Readiness process, using ServiceNow to manage the end-to-end lifecycle and ensure services are operationally ready before go-live.

What we're looking for
- Proven IT Change Management experience within large enterprise environments.
- Strong ITSM process improvement expertise.
- Experience implementing governance, operating model and service transition improvements.
- ITIL knowledge and excellent stakeholder management skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to shape and mature enterprise Change Management during a significant transformation programme. The role will initially last for 6 months. Hybrid working will require the Change Manager to attend site visits "as and when required" - but this will NOT be 2 or 3 times a week. The role is INSIDE IR35 and can pay up to £500.00 / DAY.
