Central London (Hybrid Working)

Permanent

Salary: Up to £71,000 + Market Leading Benefits + Excellent Work-Life Balance


We're partnering with a highly respected organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme and looking to appoint an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of change.

This is a high-impact role where you'll drive business change across complex programmes, ensuring new ways of working are understood, adopted and embedded successfully. Working alongside Programme Managers, Project Managers and senior leaders, you'll shape change strategies that engage stakeholders, minimise disruption and deliver lasting business value.

The Role

You'll lead business change across a portfolio of transformation initiatives, developing change strategies that support organisational readiness and successful adoption.

Building trusted relationships across the organisation, you'll work with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making, manage change impacts and ensure colleagues remain engaged throughout the transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business change activities across major transformation programmes.
  • Develop change, communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on change.
  • Deliver stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and organisational readiness plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to build alignment and gather feedback.
  • Identify change risks, dependencies and resistance, implementing effective mitigation plans.
  • Work closely with programme teams to embed sustainable change and maximise adoption.
  • Measure the success of change activities and continuously improve delivery through lessons learned.
  • Coach managers and leaders in change management best practice, building long-term organisational capability.

About You

You'll have proven experience delivering business change within large, complex organisations and be confident working across major transformation programmes.

You'll bring:

  • Strong business change and transformation experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Experience developing change, communication and engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of organisational readiness, change impact assessments and adoption planning.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A recognised Change Management qualification (APMG, Prosci, BCS or equivalent) would be advantageous.
