Company Description

Change Manager At Primark

As Change Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of organisational change across key transformation initiatives, ensuring employees are ready, engaged and equipped to adopt new processes, systems and ways of working. Working closely with business and project stakeholders, you will develop and execute change strategies that drive adoption, minimise disruption and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Job Description

What you'll do

  • Lead the planning and delivery of end-to-end change management activities across programmes and projects.
  • Develop change strategies including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training and readiness plans.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand change impacts, organisational readiness and adoption requirements.
  • Deliver engagement and adoption activities to drive successful uptake of new processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Manage change risks, issues and dependencies while providing clear reporting on readiness and adoption metrics.
  • Support go-lives, hypercare and transition to BAU, ensuring sustainable and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years' experience in Change Management, Transformation or Organisational Change roles.
  • Proven experience delivering change across multiple projects or medium-sized programmes.
  • Strong background in change impact assessments, stakeholder management, communications and training planning.
  • Knowledge of structured change and project delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation.
  • Ability to measure readiness, adoption and benefits, translating insights into actionable change plans.
