We are currently recruiting a Change Manager on a full-time (35 hours per week) 6-month fixed-term contract basis.
The role sits within the Change team based from either our Glasgow or London office with hybrid working available.
You will be a key member of the Change team with responsibility for leading the planning, coordination and delivery of change activities across complex transformation initiatives.
You will support large-scale business transformation and provide leadership and coaching to Change Analysts.
The Job:
Reporting to the Head of Change, on a day-to-day basis you will be involved in:
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of business change activities across one or more complex transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain integrated change delivery plans aligned to programme milestones and delivery schedules
- Lead the planning and facilitation of impact assessments workshops, ensuring people impacts are identified, assessed and validated
- Develop and maintain workstream business readiness plans ensuring activities are coordinated across multiple teams
- Work collaboratively with Programme stakeholders and business leads as well as other transformation team colleagues
- Develop and coordinate stakeholder engagement approaches across business areas, building strong working relationships and maintaining stakeholder confidence throughout delivery
- Coordinate operational readiness activities, ensuring business teams, support functions and operational areas are prepared to successfully adopt new ways of working
- Contribute to the development of change management methodologies, standards and templates and best practice across the organisation

The Person
We're looking for someone who has:
Essential
- Has significant experience leading business change activities within complex transformation programmes or large-scale organisational change initiatives
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Has extensive experience leading readiness planning, organisational adoption and change implementation activities
- Has experience planning and facilitating workshops, impact assessments and business readiness sessions with a broad range of stakeholders
- Can analyse complex business change and translate it into practical change and readiness activities
- Has excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all organisational levels
- Can confidently engage with senior leaders, Programme Managers, Business Analysts and operational teams to drive delivery
- Demonstrates strong planning, organisation and programme coordination skills within complex delivery environments

Desirable
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation business change
- Experience leading organisational readiness or business adoption activities
- Knowledge of organisational change management principles, methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR or similar)
- Experience using collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar
