We are looking for a Change Manager to join the AXA Partners Change & Operations Improvement team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will work to drive faster adoption, reach ultimate utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organisation to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

You will deliver, develop, and manage the change roadmap and plan to ensure structured implementation, create and execute communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged, design and deliver training programs to support adoption, assess the impacts and risks of change initiatives, and monitor user adoption and engagement to drive successful and sustained change.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

  • Working with workstream leads/central group to understand and agree the change deliverables from the projects; design a structured methodology and a change strategy.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan. Resulting in a robust change management plan.
  • Deliver and coordinate the implementation of the change management plan across the board working collaboratively with all areas involved.
  • Continually monitor and assess the impact of the change management approach, seeking feedback and adjusting the plan where needed.
  • Develop communication plans and training efforts.
  • Establish key metrics for management reporting to demonstrate the value of the change plan demonstrating that the adoption rates are within the proposed tolerances and ensuring that the project remains on track to achieve its proposed benefits.
  • Monitor and track the user adoption and engagement levels through the change.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management and communication, with proven ability to design and implement people-related and strategic transformation projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, influence, and work effectively in an international environment, adapting to different cultural styles.
  • Hands-on approach to delivering the change plan, managing stakeholder expectations, and challenging unrealistic ideas.
  • Proficiency in Agile environments, with the ability to help develop this approach beyond IT.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Experience in managing operational or cross-functional projects within insurance, assistance, or financial services sectors, with a focus on tangible results.
  • Analytical skills to handle complex data and statistics, establishing credibility quickly with stakeholders.
  • Commitment to driving change, streamlining processes, and supporting leadership in achieving strategic goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and priority management skills.

Education And Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent, complemented by a professional change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint.
