Change Manager / Change Lead

Location: Hybrid / UK

Contract: Permanent or Contract

We're looking for an experienced Change Manager or Change Lead to support transformation programmes for two projects.

Projects include large-scale technology and ERP implementations, business process transformation, and digital programmes that fundamentally reshape how organisations engage with customers and operate internally. This role will focus on ensuring employees successfully adopt new systems, processes and ways of working, while delivering measurable business outcomes.

One of our key programmes will involve the digitalisation of the end-to-end customer journey, creating significant change across multiple teams and functions from initial customer enquiry through to fulfilment, delivery and ongoing customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans aligned to programme objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder, impact and readiness assessments.
  • Design and execute communication, engagement and adoption activities.
  • Work closely with programme, technology and business teams to ensure people are prepared for change.
  • Support leadership teams in driving engagement and sponsorship.
  • Identify and manage resistance, risks and barriers to adoption.
  • Develop business readiness plans and support go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with training teams to ensure users have the knowledge and confidence to perform in new ways of working.
  • Track adoption metrics and measure change outcomes.
  • Support transformation initiatives through implementation, hypercare and embedding phases.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
