Change Manager / Change Lead
Location: Hybrid / UK
Contract: Permanent or Contract
We're looking for an experienced Change Manager or Change Lead to support transformation programmes for two projects.
Projects include large-scale technology and ERP implementations, business process transformation, and digital programmes that fundamentally reshape how organisations engage with customers and operate internally. This role will focus on ensuring employees successfully adopt new systems, processes and ways of working, while delivering measurable business outcomes.
One of our key programmes will involve the digitalisation of the end-to-end customer journey, creating significant change across multiple teams and functions from initial customer enquiry through to fulfilment, delivery and ongoing customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans aligned to programme objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder, impact and readiness assessments.
- Design and execute communication, engagement and adoption activities.
- Work closely with programme, technology and business teams to ensure people are prepared for change.
- Support leadership teams in driving engagement and sponsorship.
- Identify and manage resistance, risks and barriers to adoption.
- Develop business readiness plans and support go-live activities.
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure users have the knowledge and confidence to perform in new ways of working.
- Track adoption metrics and measure change outcomes.
- Support transformation initiatives through implementation, hypercare and embedding phases.

Essential Experience
We are interested in candidates who have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Leading change on large-scale technology, ERP, CRM or other system implementations.
- Delivering organisational change as part of digital transformation programmes.
- Supporting customer journey transformation and process digitisation initiatives.
- Managing business change across functions such as Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain or HR.
- Driving behavioural, process and cultural change alongside technology adoption.
- Developing stakeholder engagement, communication and business readiness strategies.
- Influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership teams.

Desirable Experience
- Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Workday, IFS or other enterprise platforms.
- Customer Experience (CX), Digital Transformation or Service Transformation programmes.
- Prosci, APMG or equivalent Change Management qualifications.
- Experience working within complex, multi-site or global organisations.
