Job Title: Change Manager
We're supporting a large organisation undergoing a major ERP transformation and are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead business change, adoption, communications, training, and organisational readiness across the programme.
The Role
You'll lead the end-to-end change workstream, developing and delivering the change strategy while working closely with programme leadership, project managers and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the overall change strategy, roadmap, and implementation plan.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness reviews.
- Design and manage communication and engagement activities across the programme.
- Establish and coordinate change champion networks.
- Lead training needs analysis and support the development of training plans.
- Coordinate readiness activities across multiple business functions and locations.
- Monitor adoption metrics, readiness KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Provide governance reporting, RAID management, and executive updates.
- Support cutover planning, hypercare, and transition into business-as-usual operations.

Required Experience
- Proven experience leading organisational change workstreams within large transformation programmes.
- Strong project management capability, including planning, governance, RAID management, and reporting.
- Experience delivering communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate programme activity into clear business impacts and outcomes.

Desirable Experience
- ERP transformation or large-scale systems implementation experience.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar frameworks.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed or regional workforces.
- Experience working with operational, site-based, or non-desk-based employee populations.

- Strong communicator with excellent facilitation skills.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams through to executives.
- Proactive in identifying adoption risks and driving successful business outcomes.
