Inside IR35, Change Manager, COINS, ERP, Construction

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead the business change workstream for a major COINS ERP implementation. You will drive change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness to ensure successful adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the change strategy, roadmap and implementation plan.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, impact assessments and readiness activities.
  • Create and manage communications, training and champion network programmes.
  • Track adoption, manage risks and provide governance reporting.
  • Support cutover, go-live and transition to BAU.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven change management experience on large transformation or ERP programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and training delivery skills.
  • Experience managing change plans, governance, RAID logs and readiness assessments.
  • Ability to influence at both executive and operational levels.

Desirable

  • COINS ERP experience.
  • Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR or similar change methodologies.
  • Experience within construction, housebuilding, property or field-based operational environments.
