Ready to lead change, not just support it?

We are looking for a Business Change Manager to play a key role in one of the Mining Remediation Authority’s biggest transformation programmes.

Our Business Systems Replacement programme is moving into delivery. With procurement progressing and implementation planning underway, this is a genuine opportunity to work end to end, from supplier onboarding through to implementation, readiness and adoption.

Who we are looking for

You might already be a Business Change Manager. You might instead be a Project Manager, Transformation Lead, Change Readiness professional, Training or Communications Lead, or Stakeholder Engagement specialist ready to take broader ownership of business change.

What matters most is that you understand how complex transformation works, can turn plans into action, build credibility quickly and operate independently. You will be comfortable working with a supplier, managing ambiguity and responding constructively when resistance or delivery issues emerge.

This role is about more than producing plans and applying frameworks. It is about helping people understand, engage with and successfully adopt new systems and ways of working.

  • Prepare the organisation for supplier onboarding by developing practical business readiness, change, communications and training plans.
  • Work alongside our implementation partner to align approaches and keep people, delivery and business outcomes connected.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, subject matter experts, project teams and change champions.
  • Use readiness surveys, feedback and insight to identify resistance, adapt activity and target support.

Lead the people side of change and help colleagues feel informed, prepared and confident.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
