Business Change Manager – AI / GenAI
Location: London / Leeds / Edinburgh
Working Model: Hybrid – 50% onsite (approximately 3 days per week)
Contract: Approximately 9 months
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to support a major AI transformation programme within a large, complex and regulated organisation. The role will focus on business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption and people change, helping embed AI-enabled ways of working across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change strategies, rollout approaches, deployment plans and adoption plans.
- Lead engagement with senior leaders, business teams and technology delivery teams.
- Assess business and people impacts arising from AI-enabled change.
- Manage resistance and support the adoption of new processes and ways of working.
- Drive business readiness across people, processes and teams.
- Deliver communications, engagement, awareness and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Coordinate and assure third-party training plans and deliverables.
- Monitor adoption, risks, issues and benefits realisation.
- Advise programme, business and technology stakeholders on sustainable change.

Essential Skills & Experience
- 8+ years' Business Change / Transformation experience within large, complex organisations.
- Strong experience developing change strategies, adoption plans and rollout approaches.
- Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Business readiness and adoption experience for technology-enabled transformation.
- Strong communications, engagement and awareness experience.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, suppliers and third parties.
- Experience monitoring adoption, change risks, issues and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-management skills.

Highly Desirable
- Experience supporting the adoption of AI, Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions.
- Financial services, government, regulatory or another highly regulated environment.
- Experience working with product-based technology teams and Agile delivery.
- Benefits management and measurement of adoption/business value.
- Change Management certification such as Prosci, APMG Change Management or MSP.
