The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead and coordinate change activity across a complex portfolio of initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring change is effectively planned, delivered and embedded, enabling the organisation to realise sustainable benefits from transformation.

Operating as a senior practitioner, you will work closely with programme teams, operational stakeholders and senior leaders to manage change impact, readiness and adoption at scale. The role suits someone comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management

  • Lead end-to-end change management activities across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Translate organisational change strategy into clear, actionable change plans
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on change approach and delivery
  • Ensure people-centred change is embedded across processes, systems and ways of working

Change Planning & Delivery

  • Conduct and oversee change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness planning

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
