Role: Change Manager (Life Sciences) x3 - Contract roles
Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Manager
Day rate: £400-£550 outside IR35
Project duration: 5-6 months starting in August-September (extension likely)
Location: Hybrid in London
We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations throughout the UK.
They’re looking for a Change Manager for a client within the life science industry, to support large-scale transformation programmes, with opportunities focused on technology adoption, operating models, or organisational change.

Tasks
- Shape and deliver end-to-end change approaches across technology adoption, operating models, or organisational transformation
- Build the case for change, assess functional impacts and develop clear change and adoption roadmaps
- Engage senior stakeholders, align leaders and build support across complex functions
- Deliver change readiness, communications, training and resistance management activities

Requirements
- An independent consultant
- 5+ years’ experience in change management, ideally gained within a consulting environment
- 1+ years’ experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals
