Change Manager

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Change Manager to support the integration of a company. This is a programme-level role with responsibility for the people, readiness and adoption agenda across multiple workstreams.

You will help teams understand what is changing, assess impacts, define success measures and ensure changes are effectively embedded into business as usual. You will need to balance workstream-level detail with the wider programme view, connecting dependencies and providing leadership with clear visibility of readiness, adoption and people risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change impact and readiness assessments across multiple workstreams.
  • Define change outcomes, success measures and ownership for business-as-usual.
  • Identify people, process, technology and behavioural impacts and translate them into practical actions.
  • Develop and coordinate change interventions, including communications, stakeholder engagement, training, manager support, FAQs, job aids and hypercare.
  • Track readiness, adoption, risks, dependencies and emerging themes across the programme.
  • Work closely with programme leadership, project managers, Communications, Learning, People teams and business stakeholders.
  • Leverage existing organisational processes, tools, materials and expertise wherever possible.
  • Measure adoption and ensure new processes, systems and ways of working are effectively embedded.
  • Provide programme leadership with a clear view of people impact, readiness, adoption and key risks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
