Job Description & Summary
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager at Manager or Associate Director level to be part of our Consulting practice. You will lead complex change and transformation programmes, working with senior leaders to define the change strategy, mobilise stakeholders and embed sustainable change across their organisations. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, coaching executive sponsors and senior leaders on their role in leading change, building commitment and addressing resistance. You will also lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of our practice.
The position offers the opportunity to work closely with our Director and Partner team while leading high profile engagements across a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients.

Join a Dynamic Team Driving Change
Our Consulting practice is part of our wider Consulting and Advisory services, made up of both industry leads and subject matter experts, driving change and innovation across this ever-growing department. Our consultants possess transferable skills and collaborate across various teams within the Consulting, Advisory department, applying expertise in project management, stakeholder management, communication and process improvement to drive impactful results.
As a Change Manager, you will lead the people side of complex organisational and technology enabled transformation programmes. You will design and deliver structured change strategies incorporating leadership alignment, change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness, learning and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex change and transformation programmes, from initial mobilisation and change strategy development through to implementation, adoption and transition.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior clients, providing practical and evidence-based guidance on how to lead and embed organisational change.
- Coaching executive sponsors, senior leaders and people managers on their role in leading change, communicating the case for change and supporting their teams through transition.
- Working with senior leadership teams to build alignment around the vision for change, strengthen sponsorship and establish effective change governance.
- Developing and implementing integrated change management strategies and plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, change impacts, leadership alignment, business readiness, training and adoption.
- Identifying, understanding and addressing resistance to change, working with sponsors and leaders to resolve barriers and build commitment across the organisation.
- Leading stakeholder engagement across complex organisational environments, including facilitating senior leadership workshops, focus groups and other collaborative engagement activities.
- Building strong relationships with project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful client delivery.
- Actively contributing to the growth of the internal practice by shaping propositions, refining methodologies and spearheading the development and promotion of thought leadership initiatives, while actively encouraging knowledge capture and sharing across the team.

Skills And Experience
Education and Certifications
- A third-level degree, with a strong academic record.
- A minimum of 5 - 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within a Consulting or corporate environment.
- Qualification in Change Management e.g Prosci, APMG.
- Qualification in Project/Program Management (e.g., PRINCE 2, Agile, Scrum).
Skills And Competencies
The candidate must have proven expertise and experience across a range of the following areas:
- Managing end-to-end change management processes, including Change Impact Assessments, Change Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement, Communications Cultural and Behavioural Change, Business Readiness and Learning and Development.
- Developing and delivering large-scale change and transformation programmes.
- Designing and implementing Operating Models and Organisational Structures.
- Developing and delivering Learning and Development programmes.
- Organisational Structure Transition Management.
In addition to the credentials listed above, candidates must also have:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written skills with the ability to create comprehensive reports and compelling presentations.
- Proven ability to collaborate and deliver results in multi-disciplinary teams.
- A proven track record of successfully contributing to and leading projects.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in building strong networks and fostering client relationships.
- Proven ability to thrive and deliver results under pressure.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
