Change Manager, ERP Transformation
Edinburgh, hybrid, 2 days onsite per week
Up to £525 per day, Inside IR35
16-month contract
Bright Purple is recruiting an experienced Change Manager to join our client on a major ERP transformation programme. You will lead business change, adoption and readiness as COINS ERP is introduced across the organisation. Working closely with project, technical and business teams, you will ensure people are ready for new processes, systems and ways of working. This is an opportunity to shape the change approach from the outset and take ownership through delivery, go-live and transition into BAU.

What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and owning the programme change strategy and roadmap
- Leading stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
- Managing communications, engagement and change champion networks
- Defining the training strategy and identifying training needs
- Coordinating business readiness across regions and sites
- Tracking adoption, readiness measures and risks
- Supporting cutover, hypercare and transition into BAU
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisational change management experience
- Experience establishing and leading change workstreams on major transformations
- Strong project management, planning and governance skills
- Experience delivering communications, training and adoption programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

ERP transformation experience is strongly preferred. Experience with ADKAR, Prosci, COINS or change within construction, property or a distributed workforce would be advantageous.
