Role Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Change Manager to support a major system implementation across Fashion, Home & Beauty Space Planning and Retail Operations. Based in London, you'll lead the people and business change activity needed to ensure teams are prepared, engaged and confident in adopting new tools, processes and ways of working.
You'll work across central functions, Retail Operations, Product and Technology teams, helping translate complex programme changes into practical actions for the business. The role will cover stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, readiness planning, communications and adoption through to go-live and beyond.
