Role: Salesforce Change Manager
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £90,000 + 10% Bonus
One of the fastest growing Salesforce Partners in the ecosystem right now are scaling the team for a Salesforce Change Manager. Within the last year, they have gone from strength to strength, and have an abundance of brand new, complex and enterprise scale implementations in their pipeline. This covers multi-cloud, and multi-industry across the UK / EU.
Within your role, you will support large-scale transformation projects, work closely with stakeholders to grasp the broader impact of change and create appropriate plans and support with training planning / delivery. Outside of this, you will be involved in presentations, solution design, training, mentorship, process improvements and more.

You will join their existing team of experts who will support and cater to your learning and development aspirations. They have regular training sessions, a bespoke career tracker and funded certifications.
The location of this opportunity is flexible, ideally you will be located in / around the London area, however there is room for flexibility if you’re willing to travel as and when needed.
Requirements:
- Circa 4+ years hands-on experience managing the “people side of change”
- Expertise with training planning, content strategy and delivery
- Experience conducting change impact assessments / change readiness assessments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products
- Agile project methodology experience – Desired
- Recognised Change Management Certifications (APMG, Procsi)
- Salesforce Certifications – Nice to have
- Consulting background – Desired, but not essential
