About the Opportunity

My client is the UK's largest provider of NHS cataract surgery, who are in the middle of one of the most exciting digital transformations in UK healthcare.

They're rolling out AI-powered diagnostics, automated patient bookings, AI-driven call handling, and RPA for referrals processing across 70+ sites nationally. In about seven months, they've reduced their referral backlog from 1700 to under 700. They've been recognised as a Great Place to Work for wellbeing, development, and healthcare, with an exceptional average patient satisfaction score of 92%.

Our client is expanding their Business Improvement team and hiring a Change Manager to lead the governance and PMO oversight of their transformation programme. This is a critical hire – they need someone who can establish structure, drive delivery, and make sure transformation initiatives actually land.

What You'll Do

This is a Change Manager role with a heavy governance and PMO focus. You'll lead the Change Governance approach and provide oversight of the PMO, ensuring transformation initiatives are prioritised, governed, delivered, and embedded effectively.

You'll work closely with leadership, project sponsors, project managers, and stakeholders – focusing on the structure, controls, and reporting that make change happen.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
