Join a leading biopharmaceutical company as a Change Manager!

Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a high-profile transformation programme within a global clinical operations environment. This role will focus on driving the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across a large-scale business transformation initiative.

Contract Details

  • Location: Cambridge (hybrid – once per week on-site)
  • Contract Length: 12 months (with visibility to extend)
  • Rate: £500 per day LTD/Umbrella

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and embedding of change activities across a large-scale transformation programme.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop strategies to support successful adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing guidance and support throughout the change journey.
  • Design and deliver change interventions, engagement activities, and communications plans.
  • Create high-quality change management content and stakeholder-facing materials.
  • Partner with programme and project teams to ensure change activities are aligned with programme objectives.
  • Monitor and measure change adoption, identifying risks and opportunities to improve outcomes.

  • Proven experience delivering change management within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident and proactive approach, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments.
  • Experience in a business-related or scientific discipline.
