Change Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organisation and People Change Manager to play a critical role in the final year of our global finance transformation. You will be focused on delivering change activities to support our people through the transformation ensuring that the business/function is fully prepared and equipped to adopt and embrace the programme successfully.
This role is a 9 month fixed term contract.
What you’ll do:
- Help develop and deliver a comprehensive change management strategy covering stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption
- Lead training and knowledge transfer plans for your workstreams, working independently to have deliverables ready for review by the Org & People Change Lead
- Design and support training programmes aligned to project timelines and business capacity, minimising disruption across shift patterns, time zones and cohorts
- Support impact assessments with the Org & People Change Lead to identify changes to roles, org design and operating model
- Guide stakeholders and workstream leads through the change, proactively identifying and mitigating resistance to build a positive change environment
- Collaborate with the business readiness team and Change Lead to maintain change readiness assessments and ensure alignment across workstreams
- Track and report on change activities, risks and issues, and monitor adoption to manage post-implementation interventions

How you’ll do it:
- Draw on proven experience delivering large-scale change across complex, global (ideally finance) organisations, applying established methodologies like Prosci/ADKAR
- Analyse and present complex data clearly to stakeholders, while designing and facilitating workshops to reach the right outcomes
- Build strong relationships across a matrix organisation, managing difficult stakeholders and influencing at all levels through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Apply strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills to drive workstreams forward and make sound decisions under pressure
- Stay organised and detail-oriented, using tools like MS Office/PowerPoint to produce high-quality, accurate outputs
- Thrive amid shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, tailoring communication style to diverse audiences
- Bring experience of org design and people-related transformation, ideally backed by professional change management certification
