IT Change Analyst / Manager

Remote Working

£490 Per Day via Umbrella

We are looking for an IT Change Analyst / Manager to join our client to work within an ITIL based Change Management framework, who are a leading competitor within the telecoms industry.

Your Role:

  • Own, execute and drive the Change Management process, using effective organisation and planning skills to enable the efficient co-ordination and communication of all Change Requests
  • Ensure all current Changes are logged and progressed, have accurate impact statements, are risk assessed, are prioritised with appropriate severity, and are approved by appropriately defined personnel
  • Identify, escalate, and manage risks and issues to ensure changes are deployed effectively within the live environment
  • Identify new ways of working to enhance the existing process and strive for simplicity in the management of Changes
  • Accurately communicate all relevant planned Changes to impacted customers and stakeholders

  • ITIL v4 Foundation certificate is desired
  • Organised and delivery focused, strong planning skills, effective time-management
  • Proven experience on ServiceNow or similar ITSM frameworks
