We are working with a highly successful Consulting Partner in the Salesforce ecosystem who is looking to hire a Change Manager to join their fast-paced, inclusive, supportive, and diverse organisation. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work in a meritocratic culture where your ideas are valued and often realised, and you can truly make a difference not just with clients but internally too.
About the Role
As a Change Manager within their Salesforce, Agentforce & Anthropic practice, you will be working alongside an incredible Salesforce & AI team but also a talented and rapidly growing Change Management team. At a high level, you will be responsible for applying a structured methodology (ProSci) and leading change management activities for multiple clients and projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply a change management process and create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by each project or initiative.
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
- Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs to both senior stakeholders within the clients organisation but also internally.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who can bring Change knowledge, experience, and understanding to help lead change for multiple customers and help with the successful implementation of their Salesforce, Agentforce &/ or Anthropic solution. This role will be working within a very busy Salesforce & AI practice, so the ideal person will be someone who has led a change management project focusing on Salesforce and someone that is highly organised, able to adapt to each project, and can wear multiple hats.
