We are looking for a change of sharers negotiator to join our change of sharers team in Wimbledon. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
At KFH we are looking for a change of sharers negotiator with a proven track record in negotiation and handling customer objections, a negotiator that offers outstanding communication, and someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all of our clients whilst achieving the right results. We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills. We are continuously looking for opportunities to improve and are looking for a change of sharers negotiator to bring new thinking and embrace our legacy.

You will report into our Head of Renewals and Change of Sharers.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with tenants and landlord by phone, email whilst maintaining company standards
- Negotiate new tenancy agreements
- Ensure all compliance procedures are met
- Keep a high standard when delivering paperwork to clients
- Communicate with third-party companies
- Provide high levels of customer service

- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment in a customer-focused business.
- Experience in residential lettings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage routine processes efficiently.
- IT literacy and ideally experience using CRM systems.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a team player mindset.
